Specific experience The candidate should have extensive PMO experience in a dynamic environment. He/she should have a real can-do attitude and should be able to work independently, be proactive, pragmatic and define the right priorities. Candidate should not be afraid of admin tasks. Main activities (not limitative) are: Handle ad hoc requests from Program Manager about all kinds of subjects Collect Latest Estimates and Forecast numbers for projects within GBS program and update financial system accordingly Support project managers in the deliverable- and budget approval process Help project managers in looking forward regarding new PID’s to be created and budget requests to be created Create powerpoint deliverables for management and SteerCo Prepare and facilitate meetings Attend GBS PMO meetings Smart thinker and speaker that is able to cope with a political environment Chase people and make sure that things are getting done Create program plans, progress status reports, risks and issues status reports, milestones status reports based on underlying project information Challenge project managers regarding on time delivery and quality of project status and milestones reported and risks and issue logged Align with other PMO departments Technical and/or functional knowledge Primary required knowledge: PMO experience in a dynamic and political environment Secondary required knowledge: Microsoft office applications Language : English |
